Kinilaw is Filipino raw-fish salad that's extremely popular in the Southern Visayas region. It's similar to a Ceviche and is served as a side dish, but is an excellent appetizer. It is a seafood dish popular in the coastal regions of the Americas, especially Central and South America, and the Philippines. It's refreshing, tasty and a great party dish.
I decided to make this as entry because this is one of my favorite food I want to be different because LOTS of sweets entries which i don't know how to make one.
